Everybody knows everybody. That doesn't mean anybody has things figured out.

Texas State Trooper Ryan Hightower and teenager Titus Keller live in the same small town, but they have very different problems. Ryan is trying to keep his life together. Titus is trying to stay out of trouble with friends who aren't making it easy.
