The storm is not the only reason to be afraid.

A snowstorm closes a Colorado highway. Fourteen-year-old Luke Hendrick and his parents follow the police to a hotel where travelers and emergency responders are taking shelter.

It should be a relief. But the officers are watching Luke, the hotel seems strangely prepared, and little about their refuge feels like a coincidence.
